Yihe series Evaporative cooling pad (evaporative pad) are products developed for horticultural and agricultural cooling applications. Evaporative pads are made of specially formulated cellulose paper, impregnated with insoluble anti-rot salts, stiffening saturated and wetting agents. Evaporative pads have a cross fluted configuration that provides maximum cooling when warm air passes through the wet evaporative pad material.

 We also supply the aluminum frame and water recycling and accessories for the cooling pads installation. This is the most efficient way to lower the temperature in a greenhouse rapidly, especially in the summer. Water is atomized when flowing through the dampening curtain. The atomized water is blown off by fans.

1) Shade rate of the greenhouse: 50%, 65% and 75%
        

2) Radiative load in the greenhouse: 450, 315, 225W/m² 
  

3) Ventilation volume: 225, 195, 180 m²/h

 Cooling Pad:

    water resistant, anti-mildew and long service life.

2) Large evaporation area, cooling efficiency as high as 80%.

3) The product includes surface active agent, absorb water naturally, fast speed of pervasion,

    lasting effectiveness. A piece of water can diffuse in 4-5 seconds. Height of absorb water:

    60-70 mm/5 seconds, 200mm/1.5 hours, can achieve international standard.

4) The product does not include chemicals which are allergic to the skin. It is nontoxic and

    harmless, safe, energy saving, environment protective and economic while installation and

    using.
